We’re Hiring! Join Our Gas Plant Operations & Maintenance Team
Jackel Engineering Services is expanding its operations and is seeking skilled, motivated, and safety-conscious professionals to join our Gas Plant facility. We are hiring for the following positions:
Open Positions:
🔹 Control Room Operators
- Monitor and control plant operations through DCS/SCADA systems
- Ensure plant efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
🔹 Field Operators
- Conduct routine inspections, start-up/shutdown activities, troubleshooting, and Gas engines & compressors
- Coordinate with the control room and maintenance teams
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in gas processing or petrochemicals
🔹 Mechanical Technicians
- Perform maintenance and repair on rotating and static equipment (pumps, compressors, gas engines, valves, etc.)
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement solutions
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in oil & gas or industrial plants
🔹 Electrical Technicians
- Maintain and troubleshoot low/medium voltage systems
- Ensure safe electrical practices and participate in planned maintenance
- Minimum 3–5 years’ hands-on experience
🔹 Instrumentation Technicians
- Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot instrumentation systems and control loops
- Work with PLC/DCS systems
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in oil & gas or process industries
🔹 HSE Officer
- Implement and monitor health, safety & environmental programs
- Conduct safety training, audits, and incident investigations
- NEBOSH/IOSH certification required; 5+ years in industrial HSE roles
🔹 CMMS Coordinator / Technician
- Manage maintenance planning and reporting using a CMMS platform (e.g., SAP, Maximo)
- Schedule preventive maintenance and track work orders
- Strong computer skills and 2–4 years’ CMMS experience required

- Relevant technical diploma or degree (based on role)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety and operational excellence
- Ability to work in a dynamic, rotating-shift environment (where applicable)
